How does it work?
Upload a photo of your pet, choose a style, and place your order. We'll send you a preview within 24 hours. You can request up to 2 free edits, and once you approve, we print your portrait and deliver it to your door.
What if I don't like my preview?
Tell us what to change: you get up to 2 free edits. If you're still not happy, we'll refund you in full. Nothing gets printed until you love it.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is fully visible. Photos taken at eye level work beautifully. Avoid blurry or very dark shots.
Can I include two pets?
Yes. Choose "2 Pets" and upload one photo of each, or one photo of both together.
How will I receive my preview?
By WhatsApp and email, within 24 hours of your order.
What size and finish is the portrait?
A3 (29.7 × 42 cm), printed on premium satin matte photo paper.
How long does delivery take?
Once you approve your preview, your portrait is printed and delivered within [3–5] business days, free across the UAE.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely and encrypted through Shopify's checkout.
