Every Muse & Tail portrait is made by hand, just for you. That's why our policy is built around your approval.
Before printing
- You'll receive a digital preview of your portrait within 24 hours of your order.
- You can request up to 2 free edits.
- If you're still not happy after your edits, we'll refund you in full. Nothing is printed, and you pay nothing.
- Changed your mind before we've sent your preview? Contact us and we'll cancel your order with a full refund.
After you approve your preview
Once you approve your portrait, it is printed specially for you. Because each portrait is unique and personalised, we can't accept returns or refunds for change of mind after approval.
Damaged or defective prints
If your print arrives damaged or with a printing defect, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery at [SUPPORT EMAIL] or on WhatsApp at [WHATSAPP NUMBER]. We'll reprint and redeliver it free of charge.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, they may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
