Free delivery across the UAE
We deliver to all seven Emirates, free of charge. We currently ship within the UAE only.
Timeline
- Order — upload your pet's photo and choose your style.
- Preview within 24 hours — we send your digital preview by WhatsApp and email.
- Your approval — request up to 2 free edits until you love it.
- Print & delivery — once you approve, your A3 portrait is printed and delivered within [3–5] business days.
Delivery
Our courier will contact you on the phone number you provided at checkout to arrange delivery. Please make sure it's correct and reachable.
Packaging
Your portrait is carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition. If it arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy: we'll reprint it for free.
